Richard is a founding member of the firm.
Richard is the managing partner of MZS Lawyers. He is an experienced civil litigator, with expertise in Estate Disputes, Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Wrongful Dismissal, and Real Estate Disputes. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Human Rights Tribunal, and Small Claims Court on a range of matters.
Before entering the practice of law, Richard worked for the Senate of Canada. He was also a human rights advocate in Washington DC for a number of years, and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Canada Tibet Committee.
A graduate of Dalhousie Law School, and a member of the Ontario bar since 2004, he is committed to providing the highest quality of legal services to his clients by delivering practical and affordable solutions to their problems.
